VGCUSA has been approved for a specialty registration plate for motor vehicles in Pennsylvania. These specialty plates are restricted to passenger vehicles, trucks, trailers and motor homes with a registered gross weight of not more than 14,000 lbs. Motorcycles do not qualify for specialty registration plates.
You now have two plate and price options available be sure to see the instruction on the form.

VGCUSA specialty registration plate with a sequential number assigned option: Complete the MV-904SP form, leaving section "D" blank. If you order additional registration cards, please add the charge of $2 for each card to the base price of $75.00. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

VGCUSA personalized registration plate option. Complete MV-904SP form including section "D". If you order additional registration cards, please add the charge of $2 for each card to the base price of $195.00. Allow 10-14 weeks for delivery.
To obtain a specialty PA VGCUSA plate, complete the form, MV-904SP. The applicant listed in Sections A must be a registered owner of the vehicle as indicated on the registration credentials.
